Wilkes-Barre Mayor presents Dr. Liskov with Key to the City

Wilkes-Barre Mayor Thomas Leighton recently presented the Key to the City to Wilkes-Barre General Hospital emergency medicine physician Cynthia Liskov, M.D., in recognition of her more than 15 years of volunteer service as the city’s Fire/EMS Medical Director.  Her position with the City of Wilkes-Barre will now be filled by emergency medicine physician Russell "Skip" James, MD, who, like Dr. Liskov, will fulfill the role on a volunteer basis.
