National Go Red Day 2013
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Department at the Thomas P. Saxton Pavilion recently participated in National Go Red Day on Feb.1, 2013. Wear Red Day is a fund-raiser and an awareness builder of the American Heart Association, recognizing that heart disease affects more women than all cancers combined. Funds raised by Go Red For Women allow the American Heart Association to help women by offering educational programs, increase women's understanding about their risk for heart disease and support research to discover scientific knowledge about heart health.
