Women may call Commonwealth Health’s toll-free health line at 1-800-838-WELL to find the most convenient location to receive a mammography screening.
COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR
Breast Cancer Screenings will also be conducted at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital’s Community Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, October 13 at the Thomas P. Saxton Medical Pavilion, 468 Northampton Street, Edwardsville.
In collaboration with Maternal Family Health Services, uninsured and underinsured women meeting certain criteria may also qualify to receive a free mammogram. Interested women should call 1-877-MAMMO-4-U to see if they qualify for this free offering.
