CHILDBIRTH REFRESHER CLASS

A two-hour review session featuring an overview of labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class includes changes in care that may have occurred since your previous birth.
Please bring a blanket and a pillow.
Available to women and their support persons who have had previous birth experience and/or attended childbirth education classes.
